Information you send us
The contact form collects your name, email, company name, role if you provide one, chosen subject and message. Nuronor uses this information only to respond to your request and follow up on our exchange. The message is sent to contact@nuronor.com and kept in that Microsoft 365 mailbox. You can also write to that address directly.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate statistics about site traffic. This tool does not use cookies and is not used to identify you. No advertising tools or tracking pixels are used.
Service providers and processing outside Quebec
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam. Message delivery is handled by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) in the United States, from the send.nuronor.com subdomain. Our email is managed with Microsoft 365. As a result, some information may be processed or stored outside Quebec or Canada, including in the United States for transmission of the form.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask that it be corrected or deleted, by writing to privacy@nuronor.com.
